Cherish Bound & Timpanogos Storytelling Festival

Timpanogos Storytelling Festival and Cherish BoundCherish Bound is one of the sponsors for the Timpanogos  Storytelling Festival, and together they hosted a blogger event to help spread the word about these two great companies. I am really grateful to have been invited to the event! While we were there we were fed by the fabulous Blue Lemon (delicious crab cakes, raspberry chicken salad, and yummy desserts)Blue Lemon Bistro

We also were entertained by these two amazing story tellers. ( Bruce Jensen and Wendy Gourley). I can’t imagine trying to stand up in front of a group of people and tell a story as animated and entertaining as they did. They both were very amusing! I had so much fun enjoying the stories, the food, and the company of the other bloggers that were there.

(Me & Evonne)

When we left we got to take a wonderful swag bag with us that had some really great items in it, some of which included: a family pass to the Timpanogos Storytelling Festival (which I’m very excited to use Sept. 3-5, 2009),  and a certificate to make our very own Cherish Bound story book. I am currently in the process of making my Cherish Bound book. The application you use to make a book is very simple to use and has a lot of templates to choose from for each page.  I recently took my daughter to the Princess Festival and took so many pictures, I decided to make that into my story book.  It starts with “Once upon a time…” and I can’t wait to get it and watch her face as I read a book to her that is all about her being a real princess!
