That ROOSTER statue is in a Fair Oaks California shopping mall. Fair Oaks has wild chickens and roosters roaming around in Old Town Fair Oaks. That’s the only thing I can think of that they would put that statue there. Its right on the border of Fair Oaks and Orangevale so I guess they wanted people to know they were shopping in Fair Oaks.
